1. It can improve the energy, pulse amplitude and peak current of single pulse. Because the molybdenum wire cannot bear too much pressure, the pulse interval should be increased accordingly, and the current will not increase too much generally.

2. Maintain the dielectric constant and dielectric strength of the working fluid, maintain the high explosive force and cleaning ability, clear the contents and reduce the short circuit of the pulse function.

3. Improve the steel wire system for mechanical precision cutting movement. As narrow seam moves faster than wide seam, straight seam moves faster than linear seam.

4. Properly increase the speed of the water wire made of crack, and a large amount of water can be removed to discharge more effectively.

5. Increase the gap between the outer silk envelope of water, and make the water cleaning effect faster driven by the linear speed of water.

6. Improve the frequency tracking sensitivity and increase the utilization rate of pulses.

7. Reduce the reversing time of line motor and start to increase the effective processing time rapidly.
